If one were to follow your plan for say 8-12 weeks, what kind of modifications/progression/variation to the basic plan would you make? Is it necessary to introduce some kind of re-feeding, or is the fasting and small amount of carb cycling already present in the diet plan enough to &quot;keep the body guessing&quot;?</description>

		<description>Nästa bok har blivit något försenad dels på grund av arbetet med talangjakten men även att jag i början av förra veckan åkte på en rejäl förkylning som ledde till streptokockinfektion och svår allergisk reaktion i form av rosfeber. Jag tillbringade större delen av söndagen på akuten och knaprar nu penicillin och arbetar stötvis så många timmar jag orkar. Boken bör vara klar till månadsskiftet.</description>

As for cheese, milk, cottage cheese or any kind of processed dairy, I don&#039;t recommend these foods to anyone anymore (or to, at least, limit your intake to two or three days a week.) A vast majority of the population has at least a mild intolerance to dairy (and many have allergies), and even though they might not feel the full blown effects of lactose intolerance, the slightest intolerance/allergy to dairy will cause a rise in cortisol which can impair muscle growth, facilitate muscle loss and stimulate storage of fat around the waist.
The only acceptable milk is raw milk, which most people seem to tolerate fairly well.</description>
